What is the area like?
Courchevel 1650 is a stunning ski resort located in the largest linked ski area in the world, the 3 Valleys. It has a lively resort centre with many good restaurants, bars and shops, linked to the other Courchevel resorts by a superb bus system and there are also plans for a new lift to be built which will connect 1650 with 1850. It enjoys over 650 kilometres of pistes with skiing for all abilities.
A new aqua centre has recently opened, which is located between Courchevel 1550 and Courchevel 1650, offering 15,000 sqm of various aqua activities, from a baby pool to a fast lane swimming pool, as well as a large wellness area and climbing walls. Restaurants and boutiques are also available on site.
Where are the apartments?
Originally built in the 1970s, the building is located on Courchevel 1650’s sunniest viewpoint, allowing future owners to enjoy stunning views down the valleys and across the white peaks of the mountains.
