What is the area like?
Les Arcs does not aim to offer Savoyard charm; it was developed to be a ski resort and has been planned and designed accordingly. It is considered to be one of the first “mega-resorts” with a large network of connections to the pistes. It is made of four resorts that are named after their altitude – Arc 2000, Arc 1800, Arc 1600 and most recently Arc 1950.
Where are the apartments?
One of the most unique aspects of these properties is their accessibility via train, being just 150m from the Arc 1600 funicular station. This funicular runs down to the charming town of Bourg-Saint-Maurice in only 7 minutes, where you can find many shops and restaurants.
The train station in Bourg Saint Maurice is also serviced by the Eurostar, with direct trains from King's Cross St Pancras in London. In Arc 1600, there is also the option of taking the resort shuttle bus to Arc 1800 and 1950, which departs from within close proximity to the residence.

All apartments will have balconies and the building’s location within the resort ensures panoramic views overlooking Bourg Saint Maurice.
