What is the area like?
Val D’Isere lies within a natural bowl at the end of the valley and two thirds of it is within the Savoie National Park. It is one of the main villages that make up the Espace Killy, Val D’Isère is located at an altitude of 1,550 metres and is known for its boisterous nightlife. It is easy to reach, given its proximity to Geneva, Lyon and St Etienne airports.
As a result, there is very little developable land available left in this world famous resort. Redevelopment projects do come onto the market only very occasionally, (one or two a year, if any). And that’s one of the reasons why this new collection of apartments is so special.
