What is Saint Gervais, French Alps like?
With 445km of pistes and only a 15-minute drive from opulent Megeve, which has some of the best restaurants in the French Alps, Saint-Gervais is a true French mountain hamlet.
You can enjoy stunning surroundings and a wealth of long sailing routes set Saint Gervais apart from its more well-known peers. Since 1806, it has been known for its hot springs, and 445 kilometres of magnificent, white snow are available for skiing.
The town itself exudes an amazing sense of authenticity, with stunning architecture, a bevy of stores, and a wide variety of dining establishments, from charming cafes to the Michelin-starred Le Sérac. Although Saint-Gervais is well renowned for its thermal waters, there are also many top-notch spas there for some well-earned rest and relaxation. While the town center has a lot to offer, chic Megève, which has some of the best restaurants in the Alps, is only a 15-minute drive away, and Chamonix is a 30-minute drive away.

Where are the chalets in Saint Gervais, French Alps?
These brand-new houses are located in a quiet residential area overlooking Mont Blanc, just five minutes drive from the 'Bettex-Arbois' cable car and the slopes. There are a few restaurants, a ski rental business, and a supermarket in the Le Bettex region.
The centre of Saint-Gervais is a 10-minute drive away and has an even greater range of stores, bars, and restaurants. Before becoming a ski destination, Saint-Gervais was well-known for its thermal springs, so make time to unwind in one of the town's many spas.

What are the chalets like?
These brand-new chalets, which include a stand-alone four-bedroom chalet and two three-bedroom semi-chalets, are excellent for families looking for a ski home. The chalets' barn-style facade with white walls, wood cladding, wooden window shutters, and sloping roofs take design influences from the region's architecture. The interiors of the chalets will be done in an exquisite contemporary style with a colour scheme of neutrals and a huge glass sliding door to maximise the views and bring in plenty of natural light.
The single chalet offers 149m2 of living space divided into two stories and has a cellar, a big living/dining space with an open kitchen, four bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), and a family bathroom. On the top floor, there is also a west-facing balcony that can be accessed from two of the bedrooms.
The two semi-chalets are distributed across two stories and have an internal size of 92m2. On the ground floor, there is an open kitchen and living space, while the family bathroom and bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, are on the top floor. Finally, each of these homes has a private garden, a garage with room for one car, and an outdoor parking spot.
