Combloux is located in the South East of France in the Haute-Savoie area of the Auvergne- Rhône-Alpes region, this popular ski resort is a little gem in a mountain village in the French Alps. This scenic French ski resort is known as the Pearl of Mont Blanc or “Le Perle du Mont Blanc”, due to a full view of the majestic Mont-Blanc being ever present and domineering. However, the easiest airport for foreign visitors will be Geneva Cointrin International Airport which is 55.6km (34.5 miles) which is approximately an hour’s drive away. Combloux is 542 miles by autoroute (seven and a half hours) from Calais. It is relatively unknown to English holidaymakers and 90% of visitors are French so if you want to be engrossed in all things French, this is the place for you!
