What is Chamonix, French Alps like?
Chamonix, one of France's oldest ski resorts, has been welcoming skiers since 1906 and hosted the first Winter Olympics. The town also has a thriving year-round economy. Although Chamonix is attracted by the fact that it borders Mont Blanc and is close to the famous mountain, it is the stunning variety of pistes that have made Chamonix a popular destination for experienced skiers. Vallée Blanche, a 20 km glacier run that starts at the summit of the Aguille du Midi and ends in the town center, is one of the resort's highlights. On the way down, the route offers breathtaking views of Mont Blanc.
Chamonix is a true year-round town, offering an 18-hole golf course, 350km of signposted hiking routes, and tours to explore. The sky is the limit when it comes to extreme sports; you can climb the towering Mont Blanc or explore the resorts through ferratas.
Where are the chalets in Chamonix, French Alps?
These three chalets are located in a peaceful, residential area, just an eight minute walk from the supermarket, a bakery, a restaurant and a ski shop and the Bellevue ski lift is five minutes away in the car.

What are the chalets like?
These chalets have been created by a local developer with 15 years of experience; they are spread across three or four levels, these brand new chalets comprise three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, open-plan living and dining areas, and equipped kitchens. Some properties also come with a mezzanine floor which may be used as an additional bunk bedroom for accommodating children or perhaps a more intimate living area.
The chalets will be built in a traditional design with wooden balconies, wood paneling on the facades, and gabled roofs to complement the local architecture. To create a cozy, Alpine ambiance inside, the homes will include parquet floors, wooden ceilings, and fireplaces in the living areas. Large windows and glass doors allow residents to completely enjoy the breathtaking mountain views, and the homes are customizable. Each chalet has a garage parking space for one vehicle.
