2: Val d’Isère and Skiing on the Pisaillas Glacier

This time though, the enormous Pisaillas Glacier at 3400 metres will open the stage with admiration. Catch the TK Cote lift, Cascade Express or TK du Monet to the Pisaillas Glacier. Then tap into a selection of red and blue ski runs. The significant aspect is you can also head over to Tignes for the day to change the scenery on your ski holiday. Val d’Isère and the Pisaillas glacier is an open all-rounder. After a summer ski session, plenty of other activities open, including a good Apres Ski social scene. 3: Les Deux Alpes and the Girose Glacier
Hit the piste from the June to August season in the gorgeous mountain resort of Les Deux Alpes to find yourself at the Girose Glacier that is Europe’s most extensive. During June, the Snow Park in Les Deux Alpes makes a roaring trade with more experienced skiers. Otherwise, one green run, nine blue, and one red slope open opportunities. Despite the popularity of the Girose Glacier, the month of June and summer ski here, 17 lifts service everyone efficiently and quickly. Les Deux Alpes is France‘s second oldest ski resort. So, during the day, expect professionalism on this excellent ski mountain range and glacier.
4: Welcome Summer in Alpe D’Huez
This ski resort is an open gem during July and August in summer. Use the gondola and cable car to reach the 3330 metres summit. July is not for starters of ski, though, since the jewel here will offer three black runs. The bonus, however, is that from Pic Blanc, skiers can expect stunning views that are unlike anywhere else. Alpe D’Huez has a heliport should you want to arrive by helicopter. Otherwise, fly into Grenoble airport that is 75 minutes’ drive away.
